Note: Orders are accepted in our online store and by e-mail. No orders are accepted over the phone.

Preferred contact: requests by email are preferred, and you may want to include model, quantity, and other details. The more detailed your request, the faster you will get your quote.

Technical questions: are welcome and will be forwarded to our engineering. We usually answer your questions within 48 hours.
Lead Time
Hall Effect Vane Sensors
Most of our Hall Effect Vane Sensors, such as BBHME301 and BBHME56 are available in stock.
Other Hall Effect Sensors and
Magnets
All other items will take 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered

To keep the right quality with a low price, we do not accept rush orders.
Large Magnet Orders
For large magnet orders (i.e. containers) we do require a sample approval. Usually, a sample lot will be made available after 10 days of your order confirmation. The sample will be shipped from our facility in China by express courier to your manufacturing center. Sample approval shall be done within a maximum of 5 days. After the approval, we will proceed with the order manufacturing. Large magnet orders are usually shipped by Steamship lines and may take 4 to 5 weeks to get to the final destination.

Shipping is automatically calculated for most sensors purchased through our website.

For large quantities and some hall effect sensors and magnets, we will provide you a shipping quotation according to your inquiry. For large quantities you may also supply your FedEx accounting if desired

Sea freight (via containeres): available for large magnet orders. Sea freight usually takes between 4 to 5 weeks to get to the final destination. For remote areas, this may be longer due to the port-to-customer transportation.

Warranty
We provide full warranty for our products. If your item is not operating properly and you are sure it was not damaged during the installation, just return it with a copy of your original receipt within 30 days of receiving them and we will be more than happy to replace it.
